Imaginary creatures give certain comfort and companionship during uncertain moments that are featured altogether in this exhibit of lively paintings precisely called “Creature Comforts”, showing full colored optical thrill in the guise of anthropomorphic cartoons and animist things, morphing formal abstraction into something of familiar figuration, everyday narratives into flights of fantasy, in order to bring home existential bliss.
