Featuring paintings by Wreccs Cestina, Romeo Lee, and Paolo Torres, which brew a raffish assortment of cultural estrangement spewing along the canals of our gritty urban landscape composed pervasively with the hyperbolic mien of supernatural creeps, extraterrestial conformists, primal players, plus the ever puzzling ubiquity of cats. The exhibit explores the contemporary interest on eccentric figuration portraying pyschological malaise within its found existential environments, the use of humor ironic of its social standing of taste, and the paradoxical value of art and entertainment.
